Learning English

English language training for managers and specialists of the enterprise is held on the following forms:

• English language group training courses in the Training Centre of the enterprise (13 groups, 128 attendees.):
♦ “Future Financial Leaders of the CIS " project participants - 8 persons.
♦ “The Engineers for the Group " project participants - 21 persons.
♦ "OPTIMUS" project participants - 24 persons.
♦ "OMEGA" project participants - 2 persons.
♦ the heads of the enterprise and the reserve to fill key managerial positions - 14 people.

♦ the managers and specialists of the Purchasing Department- 53 persons.
♦ the heads of the Safety Department – 6 persons.

• Individual courses, special programs for the key managers and the reserve (12 people).

• Intensive training programs with a total immersion - Training Company, London

• Holding meetings of the "English Club"

• On-line training program “Global English”

English Club

In order to develop communication skills in English, the “English Club” sessions are held in the Training Centre of the HR Department.

Among the participants of the club there are the managers and specialists of the enterprise, studying English in English classes + Optimus team, foreign specialists, English teachers, teachers of some language centres and universities.

Also native speakers - the citizens of Great Britain, the U.S. and volunteers are invited to the club meetings.

The structure of the club is: the president of the club, the moderator, working groups, the initiative group of young professionals who help in organizing sessions.

Mandatory conditions for all participants of the club or 3 "must":
- Be active, positive and open to dialogue;
- To participate in all club activities;
- The most important condition is to communicate only in English.

During the club, various thematic discussions, presentations, creative games, such as creating collages, writing stories, competitions between teams, playing skits, singing, viewing video clips, etc. take place.

Club meetings are held in a relaxed comfortable atmosphere with tea and coffee breaks.
