Training for managers and specialists on work safety issues In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Work Safety", all managers and specialists before appointment and periodically once every three years, should undergo special training on work safety issues.
The present training for the majority of the enterprise managers and specialists expires in 2010. Thereby the work on training for heads of structural units and their deputies has been organized in the Training  Centre of the HR Department.
Classes for the heads of structural units are conducted by directors for health and safety, qualified by Krivoy Rog Expert Technical Center. The specialists of Krivoy Rog Expert Technical Center will conduct training for the deputy heads of structural units. After undergoing training the heads of  structural units and their deputies at the Training Centre of the HR Department, training will move to the structural units of the enterprise. And then, the heads of structural units will train their subordinate staff on safety.
In general, during 2010 it is planned to train on The Work Safety Course about 2000 managers, specialists and employees. |
